Monday again?
No problem. ... Well, actually, some problems. For one, you seem to still be stuck in this village of nightmares.
Unless you’ve met your match, that aching feeling in your chest of being incomplete continues to only grow. That, alongside this feeling of being watched, probably makes it a bit hard to truly relax. That’s for the best, isn’t it? You probably shouldn’t get too complacent in a place like this, blood sacrifice that you are.
The woods rustle with anticipation. The branches and foliage whisper and shake, as if sharing a secret amongst themselves. What surprises do they have in store for you? Wandering into the darkness created by overarching treetops will bring you to a uniquely hollowed out tree trunk. The face of it has a rectangular cut into its bark, making it resemble a door. Should you choose to open it and step in, you’ll find yourself transported somewhere else entirely.
Though of course, you’ll have to come back to the village eventually. When you do, there is nothing but the oddities of town and ravens to greet you. Perhaps if you’d like to have a chat with some of the cultists who brought you into this situation, you might tie a letter to a bird at your own risk. Come nightfall, you may realize that the star formations and moon phase have changed entirely from the week prior. The stars are green and the moon is in a waxing crescent. Ha ha ha.
And now that blood has been spilt, it seems like the village itself is still hungry for more.
The swamp gurgles and rumbles uncomfortably, drawing your attention with small quakes. The bottom of it opens next to the stepping stones, staggered to form a natural staircase. When you descend, you'll find that it's possible to make all your dreams come true... at a price. Do you dare pay it?

As if you don't have enough problems, it seems like the week has ushered in yet another strange side-effect of all the freaky magic contaminating the space.
You know what you could really need right now? A tender handhold. A long, warm hug that's just perfect. A shoulder to lean on, a kind word, a sweet connection. Whatever affection means to you, you will feel compelled to not only give it, but also seek it out from others. Be nice, you're baby.
