On Sunday morning, the pitch darkness of the ritual finally disperses as the sun dawns on the new day. The last of the cultists were either tracked down or run off the night prior, the ritual is completely over, and you've all survived. The village is quiet and unremarkable in these daylight hours, with no impending crisis and perfectly average fog. For the final five, you feel your monstrous influence waning, and your soul remains intact. Seems that your survival has been ensured.

Meanwhile, the pyre is no longer lit, and instead there is a glowing machine has been brought over from the Graveyard. This is your ticket home; by the time evening falls, your timelines will be restored, so you may wish to return before then. Or maybe you have plans to go elsewhere? Either way, with a brief thought or wish (you might even call it a prayer) to see someone else or a world connected to here, you'll be able to open a small pillar of blue light to act as a doorway between worlds. Including Scawwy, if you want.

But for now, it's time to choose your path forward, and say goodbye to the now-sleepy village of Scawwy.

CONGRATULATIONS YOU SURVIVED 8 WEEKS!!!!!! Some notes for you all based on the endgame you've constructed:

✦ WORLDHOPPING: Yes, you have it. The machine the Graveyard constructed will allow for characters to travel between universes without using Scawwy as a pit stop. Might be a surprise visit, though. You don't have any special devices or anything to communicate between worlds. But that's between you and your PSLs.
✦ TIME: Your timelines have been restored, and characters will return to the exact moment they left, should they choose to go back home. Time continues on while your characters are gone from their universe, though obviously you can PSL whatever!
✦ THE CULT: You can rest assured the cult (or the dregs of it after you guys beat the shit out of them) won't target your worlds, though other universes and timelines are fair game when they piece themselves back together. It'll take a long, long time after that fight.
✦ FINAL FIVE: No more monsters after today! You do not die because of the ritual. Yay.
✦ WISHES: ICly, the chances to make a partner wish will disappear once a character's monster is fully gone. They need to be used before characters leave Scawwy. Same with picking and using curios.

[ todomatsu's just kind of hanging around for a little bit after getting his stuff together. he's still pretending not to be in a miserable mood just like he has been for the past few days. it's fine. he'll be friendly and say goodbye to almost anyone he runs into, but he's probably not going to be handing out any invitations to his world because he did a really good job of lying this game and he doesn't want anyone to know what his life is actually like.
